2009年5月13日发布的新标准GB23820-2009--《机械安全　偶然与产品接触的润滑剂卫生要求》(Safety of machinery-Lubricants with incidental product contact-Hygiene requirements)，于12月1日正式实施。本标准等同采用国际标准ISO 21469:2006《机械安全　偶然与产品接触的润滑剂卫生要求》(英文版)。
